Delivery Options

White Glove

At ProHome Services our White Glove delivery service is top of the line. Shipments are unpacked and unwrapped at our warehouse upon arrival. All items are fully inspected for damage, defects, and to verify color and correct model #'s etc. Delivery is then scheduled with the customer.

Deliveries are scheduled within a 4 hour time period. The customer will also receive a 30 minute courtesy call before the actual delivery is made. We then carefully deliver the item(s) to the customers room of choice. Any installation or minor assembly, as previously arranged by the shipper is also done.

At ProHome Services we are careful and meticulous about all of our customers shipments. The White Glove delivery service will not only impress your customers, It will give your company pride knowing that your shipping needs are being fulfilled consistently and with an added touch of class.

Room of Choice

The room of choice delivery service is just what it says. We will schedule delivery with the customer within a 4 hour time period, and carefully deliver the shipment to the customers room of choice. If there is an old furniture item being replaced we will offer to remove the old one for the customer for a fee.

Standard (threshold)

The standard delivery service is our most basic service. The shipment is scheduled and delivered to the customers home or business. The item is delivered to the door of its final destination, or to the concierge in high rise buildings.

Adjustable Beds

Installation, Maintenance & Repair

That's right, ProHome Services can install, perform regular maintenance, and repair your adjustable bed, no matter what brand. Below is a list of the most common beds we service including ergonomic and adjustable type beds.

Leggett & Platt, Tempurpedic, Orthomatic, Craftmatic, Contour, Sleep Number, Ergomotion, Revere, Comfortpedic, Electropedic, Sleeper Lounge and Maxwell beds.
